It was at this moment that I realized I may have found Jake's perfect prestige class.

The Wizards of the Coast Web site has updated with a preview of one of the new prestige classes from the KOTOR book: the Corporate Agent.  It's a pretty nifty class designed for nobles or scoundrels who want the power of corporate backing, and the requirements are pretty light — trained in Gather Information and Knowledge (bureaucracy), with Skill Focus in the latter.

Sadly, the article doesn't show all of the new talent tree for the Corporate Agent — being a direct print-off from the book, it only shows the first two pages and doesn't explain the prestige class's signature ability, Executive Leadership.  So we'll have to wait for the actual KOTOR book to see that.

However, the article also describes the two other prestige classes appearing in KOTOR, the Gladiator and the Melee Duelist, as well as a Sith talent, Sith Alchemy, which allows a character to build a Sith talisman that boosts his Force abilities, and build Sith alchemical weapons.
