Once the Raraza landed at the Republic embassy after coming back from the Eutix dig site, Republic medics moved Logger into critical care in hopes of rousing him from his coma.
Also, as a reminder, the Sith still have On-Warr captive, which was part of Logger's motivation to come to Myzil V in the first place, as Aya Lim compelled Logger to come there.

Oh, we also forgot to mention that the captain of the Champion of Dantooine officially wed Ras and Kelif, shortly before sending them off into slavery.
